We have recently demonstrated integrated and on-chip quantum circuits based on two-dimensional (2D) scalable materials system. In these circuits, In0.25Ga0.75As quantum wells are sandwiched between Nb superconducting electrodes to form Josephson junctions. Proximity induced superconducting properties into In0.25Ga0.75As quantum wells has also been demonstrated [1-3]. Furtheromre, the first demonstration fo the Aharonov-Bohm type magnetoconductance oscillations in ballistic and planar Josephson junctions under external prependicualr magnetic fields B have been reported [4]. Here, by using an integrated quantum circuit, we report the first experimental demostration of spin dependent conductance enhancement and Andreev magnetotransport in 2D ballistic Josephson junctions under an in-plane magnetic field. Due to proximity effect, we observe an induced mini- gap in the 2DEG. Such mini-gap allows us to study the spin splitting in hybrid devices in much smaller magnetic fields than 1 T- the minimum value that is normally required to split the spin in a superconductor.
