Abstract

© 2018 OSA. We demonstrate an inkjet-printed temperature-and humidity-resistant black phosphorus saturable absorber, enabling stable continuous mode-locking over 210 hours. Our work highlights the potential of BP-based devices for photonic applications operating under challenging environmental conditions.
