Abstract

In this presentation we introduce a new platform for topological superconductivity and present our experimental results on proximity induced superconductivity in high-mobility two-dimensional electron gas (2DEG) quantum wells in Indium gallium arsenide (In0.75Ga0.25As) heterostructures.
