Abstract

The hybrid Josephson junctions fabricated, and measured by the authors at the Cavendish Laboratory, University of Cambridge UK, in the period Jan 2016 to April 2017. The measurements were done at low temperature (50 to 800 mK). The experimental methods are described in the associated publication.
